Operation get swoll
Body finally got used to the preworkout, getting much more productive workouts. Gonna start leg pressing about 850lbs later this week. Pretty stoked. As far as my diet goes, cutting alcohol has been the most difficult part. I’ve greatly reduced my alcohol consumption and stopped drinking any sugary beverage, juice included. 8 days down 22 to go. Eatin healthy isn’t that bad, still get to eat plenty of meat but my parents tempt me with velvet cake @____@
